Article 1 Grounds for installation of closed circuit television devices and purpose of installation
In accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1, of the Personal Information Protection Act, information processing equipment is installed and operated for the following purposes.

- - Crime prevention for customer safety
※ If the number of parking spaces exceeds 30, installation and operation are possible based on Article 6 (1) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Parking Lot Act.

Article 4 Consignment of handling of closed circuit television devices
The G2 Hotel entrusts the handling of closed circuit television devices to the following for service implementation. In accordance with relevant laws, the consignment contract stipulates necessary matters so that personal information can be safely managed.

Processing method: Records and management of requests such as for the use of personal image information for purposes other than the intended use, provision to a third party, destruction, and viewing will be permanently deleted (shredded or incinerated in the case of printed materials) in a way that they cannot be restored when the storage period expires.
Article 6 Matters concerning the method and place of verification of personal image information
- - How to check: You can check by contacting the hotel’s video information access authority in advance or visiting in person.
- - Confirmation location: CCTV viewing department (safety room, etc.)
Article 7 Measures against requests for viewing of video information, etc., by data subjects
If you wish to view, verify, or delete personal image information, you can request the operator of the image information processing device at any time.
However, such requests are limited to personal image information captured of you and personal image information clearly necessary for the immediate benefit of the subject’s life, body, and property.
In the event of a request to view or confirm the existence or deletion of personal image information at the G2 Hotel, we will take the necessary measures without delay.
Article 8 Measures to ensure safety of video information
The video information processed by the G2 Hotel is safely managed through encryption measures, etc.
In addition, as an administrative measure for the protection of personal image information at the G2 Hotel, access rights to personal information are given differentially.
The date and time are recorded and managed. In addition, a locking device is installed for safe physical storage of personal image information.
Article 9 Matters concerning changes to the personal information processing policy
This image information processing device operation/management policy was enacted on September 1, 2022, and if there is any addition, deletion, or modification of the contents due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, we will notify you of the reason for the change and its contents at least 7 days prior to the implementation on the G2 Hotel website.
